Philosophy

The Ault Firm, Inc., a real estate and business law firm, offers its clients a very unique blend of insight, acumen, pragmatism and perspective. From the firm’s inception in 2009, Tim Ault, J.D, M.B.A., has sought to develop and implement a culture and philosophy to practicing law that goes beyond simply proffering sound legal advice. Recognizing the inefficiencies in typical law firm structures and the inherent dichotomies that exist between a firm’s financial success and its clients’ best interests, the Ault Firm seeks to separate itself from its peers by offering an extraordinary service to a select group of clients.

Based upon the fundamental concept of adding value, and the core belief that an attorney should be viewed in the eyes of the client as an asset to their business rather than an expense, the firm tailors its practice to the unique needs of each of its clients. Good attorneys are prevalent, but clients do and should want more than simply a good attorney. They want a counselor they can trust, rely on, have total access to whenever and wherever, and whom they can speak with freely, openly and honestly. It is with these ideals in mind that the Ault Firm seeks to transcend the classic attorney personification. By creating a culture that is entirely committed to fostering the growth of long-term relationships, and by never losing sight of its moral compass, the Ault Firm seeks to bring the “attorney-client” relationship into a state of balance.

Offering a sophistication level on par with the largest of firms, while at the same time providing intimate, hands-on guidance and counsel, the Ault Firm has found great success in assisting its clients in developing, implementing and achieving their business strategies and objectives.
